Eligibility for Returns
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your perfume, you may return it within 20 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
- All accessories included with the product must be returned.
- The product must be free from any signs of damage or tampering.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Customized or personalized products.
Refund Process
