- The product must be free from any signs of damage or tampering.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Customized or personalized products.

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days to your original payment method.

All other cities take 3-4 Working days to deliver.
Delivery charges are Rs.300 All Over Pakistan.
